Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the roof, photograph what we find and tell you what we'd do. No cost and no obligation.
What do you check during an inspection?
Shingle condition and granule loss, flashing at chimneys, walls and skylights, pipe boots, ventilation, gutters, and signs of decking or attic damage.
How do I know if a storm damaged my roof?
Look for shingles in the yard, creased or lifted tabs, exposed nail heads, dents in gutters or vents, and new ceiling stains. If you aren't sure, call us for a free check.
Do you help with insurance claims?
We document storm damage with photos and a written assessment that you can share with your insurance company.
How often should a roof be inspected?
Once every year or two, and after any major wind or hail storm.
