Kathryn founded Charter Oak following an extensive career at a prominent local university and later as the Lead Administrator for a custom home building company in the area. Recognizing a unique opportunity, she launched her own business to address the demand for a women-owned roofing company, where she could leverage her expertise in the trades and add a personal touch to this distinctive industry!
